Tim has worked as a Creative Director and Production Manager at multiple agencies, leading accounts for beauty, cosmetics, and personal care clients.

After seeing how many agencies treated clients as just numbers, he set out to create something different.

Now, he leads projects as the Creative Producer, guiding teams from concept to execution to deliver work that makes an impact.
